The Hidden Complexities of Men with ADHD - ADDitude Magazine Webinar

  • Men's ADHD Support Group New York City, NY United States (map)

The Men's ADHD Support Group is partnering with ADDitude Magazine to bring you something we've never done before—a raw, honest conversation about what it really means to be a neurodivergent man.

For too long, the conversation about men with ADHD has been shaped by research on boys and assumptions about what we should be able to handle. But what about the reality of living as a man with ADHD in a world that expects us to have it all together?

We're talking about the stuff that doesn't make it into the research papers. The masking we do every day because we're terrified of not measuring up. The weight of wanting to express what we're really feeling but knowing society sees that as weakness. The shame that hits when we lose it emotionally, forget something important, or feel like we've failed the people who count on us.

The self-doubt that creeps in when our brains work differently than everyone expects. The constant questioning of our intelligence when planning and time management feel impossible, no matter how hard we try.

ADDitude has put together a powerful roundtable featuring voices from the Men's Group, Marc Almodovar, Shane Thrapp, and Brendan Mahan, alongside Jesse J. Anderson (ADHDJesse) and Kyrus Keenan Westcott (the Vibe With Ky). These are men who understand the real struggles and are ready to have an honest conversation about what it's actually like.

This isn't just another webinar about tips and strategies. This is about being seen, understood, and knowing you're not alone in this fight.
